Weight/Conditioning Training Schedule

All,

The schedule is as follows for our preseason training schedule leading up to tryouts....

Monday's: Weight Training  4:30-6:00 pm

Tuesday's: Weight Training  4:30-6:00 pm

Thursday's: Conditioning on the Track  3:15 - 4:30 pm

Friday's: Indoor at Play It Now Sports 6:00 - 7:00 pm

Tryouts will be the week of Feb. 23rd.
