AppleBee's Fundraiser Important Information

When: Saturday Feb. 23rd, 7:30am - 9:30am

Where: AppleBees 7625 Goddard St CS, CO 80920

Tickets: Each ticket is $10. $6 goes into our program. CASH and CHECKS accepted; CASH preferred. Checks made payable to AppleBees.  Please do not accept checks made out to Rampart.

Breakfast: All you can eat pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs, coffee, milk, juice and soft drinks.

Participation: Players may help serve our guests. If you would like to help, please sign the waiver and bring it to the event. 

This event is closed to Rampart Girls Soccer, family, and friends that have purchased a ticket.

Players... Please pick up tickets, flyers and waiver from Kim in the athletic office beginning tomorrow morning, Thursday Feb. 14th. All $ will need to be turned in to me at the event.

The $ that our program makes will go to replacing equipment and purchase of new goals for practices. 

Please let me know if you have any questions. We need all hands on deck to make this fundraiser a success and its a great way to get to know our Rampart families!

Tryout & Registration Information

Please see below the information on how to register for tryouts. Please reach out to Kim Lindsay in the athletic office for any questions.

Tryouts are as follows: Each player will be given a tryout number on Monday/first day. The teams will be announced by player number on our website.

Monday Feb. 25 - Check-in 4:15; Tryouts 4:30-Dark; Rampart Turf Field

Tuesday Feb. 26 - Tryouts 4:30-Dark; Rampart Turf Field

Wednesday Feb. 27 - Tryouts 4:30-Dark; Rampart Turf Field

Thursday Feb. 28 - Tryouts 4:30-Dark; Rampart Turf Field

Friday Mar. 1 - Tryouts/Practice 4:30-Dark; Rampart Turf Field

Saturday Mar. 2 - JV/V All Day Scrimmages at Liberty HS. We will announce who will be going by Friday. Schedule TBA

It looks like we have enough girls to bring back a 3rd team, C squad. We are on the hunt for a coach so if anyone knows of someone that would be interested, please have them reach out to me.

ALL SPRING SPORTS BEGIN ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 25TH
Online registration and PayForIt will both be available on Monday, January 28th for registration and athletic fee payment.  All online registrations for spring season must be completed by February 21st at midnight.  AFTER THIS DATE/TIME IT IS CONSIDERED LATE AND YOU MUST STILL COMPLETE THE ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS BUT ALSO COME TO THE ATHLETIC OFFICE BEGINNING AT 8:00AM ON February 25th TO RECEIVE A LATE PASS.  The Athletic Office will be closed on Friday, February 22nd.  Athletes will not be able to begin practice until the online registration process is complete.  Please note it takes a minimum of 2 hours from the time you submit the online registration until we see it on our side. A late clearance slip will not be given until we can verify all info.  If you procrastinate you will not be practicing the first day!!  
All athletes must have a current sports physical good through the entire season signed by a physician and uploaded with their online registration. If it expires at any time during the season you cannot tryout or practice – NO EXCEPTIONS!   ALL ONLINE forms are required to be electronically read, check marked, verified and updated on the Extended Parent Portal.  A sports physical is required to be uploaded and athletic fee paid at that time also.  If you do not know how to log into the Extended Parent Portal contact the District Tech Office at 234-1777.  NO PAPER REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.  The tutorial is available at  HYPERLINK "http://www.rampart.asd20.org/" \t "_blank" www.rampart.asd20.org under the  HYPERLINK "https://rampart.asd20.org/Info/Athletics/Pages/Sports-Registration.aspx" \t "_blank" athletics tab and also attached. 
Athletic fees: $95.00 for boys swim/dive, baseball, girls golf, girls lacrosse, girls soccer, girls tennis, boy/girls track/field in district (choiced in & attend Rampart HS).  Out of district athletes $142.50 (assigned to Rampart for athletics and live out of district 20).  Pine Creek HS will again be hosting the boy’s lacrosse team.  You must contact Leanne Tatone at 234-1270 to be assigned to Pine Creek HS and you will complete the online registration and select boys lacrosse at Pine Creek.

NEW:  In addition to the above information CHSAA is requiring each athlete set up an account on ArbiterAthlete.  This must be completed before an athlete will be added to the sport roster. If you are a transfer student this school year (10th, 11th, 12th grade then the parent must also set up an account and complete the transfer info) ONLY THE ATHLETE IS REQUIRED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT IF THERE IS NO TRANSFER INVOLVED.  Please go to the following site:   HYPERLINK "https://www.arbiterathlete.com/" https://www.arbiterathlete.com/  THIS ONLY NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED ONE TIME FOR THE ATHLETES ENTIRE SCHOOL CAREER – if you completed a fall and/or winter sport 2018/19 school year then you do not need to set up another account.

Preseason Update/Changes

I hope everyone had a wonderful and safe holiday break. Some updates on our preseason schedule.

Start Date Change: Wednesday Jan. 9th (the district is closed and opens on the 9th)

***We will not be able to train indoors at Soccer Haus without full payment. I only asked the players that had committed to training on Wednesdays for the additional $25 fee. I sent another reminder email to those that still need to call the Soccer Haus to make their payment. Deadline is tomorrow! I'm sure if you do not see this message in time, they will still take your payment. Please call them ASAP. Thank you!

I will keep our sites updated as to if we have the indoor field for Wed. the 9th or not.

Pre-season Meeting Information

Thank you for attending our preseason meeting. Below is some of the information we discussed last Wednesday.

Preseason Training:

Begins week of Jan. 7th

1. Monday 4:30 - 5:30pm CrossFit/Agility/Weights; Small sided games on Rampart turf (weather permitting)

2. Wednesday 3:30 - 4:30pm SoccerHaus Indoor training. 4845 List Drive, 80919
    *Cost = $25 per player based on 36 players that signed up to attend
    *Please turn in your $ to Kim in the athletic office by Dec. 14th.
    

3. Thursday 4:30 - 5:30pm CrossFit/Agility/Weights; Small sided games on Rampart turf (weather permitting)


Indoor Session at Let's Play: 2450 Canada Drive, 80915

1. Deadline to register a team is Jan. 4th
2. 9 games
3. $668 per team which includes $12 ref fees for each game.
4. I would like at least 12 players per team = $56 a player aprrox.
5. Stay tuned for more information on teams, etc.

Fundraisers:

1. AppleBees Pancake Breakfast - January. More information to come at a later date.
2. Coupon Books - March after teams have been selected.
