Pre-Season is here!! This is open to anyone interested in being apart of our program. Below is the schedule.
Beginning March 1st.
Monday - 4:00-5:15pm (Turf weather permitting)
Wednesday - 4:30-5:45pm (Weight Rm @ Rampart)
Friday - 4:00-5:15pm (Turf weather permitting)
Please bring the following to every session.
1. Mask
2. Water Bottle - Can not share
3. Running Shoes
4. Cleats/Turf Shoes
5. Shin Guards
